Come join a well-established multi-specialty team offering full-spectrum care with on site Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, Surgical Sub-specialties, etc. You will have a voice in this organization and a work/life balance physicians chase their entire careers to get!The ideal candidate is an experienced BC/BE Ortho Surgeon who is robotics trained - practicing surgeons and new grads (including 2026) -are welcome to apply.- $650k to $800k BASE SALARY -plus lucrative RVU model
- You can have up to 100% Sports if you want
- 4 days of clinic + 1 day of at-home admin is typical but negotiable
