Job Description:

A company is looking for a Patient Support Representative to advocate for patients and enhance their healthcare experience.



Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and address patient questions while routing calls to appropriate departments
Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling and other call campaigns
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards


Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of G-Suite (e.g., Google Docs)
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as typing notes while on calls
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred
Experience working with patients on Medicaid is preferred
