Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Customer Success
Representative to promote customer success and support educators in
utilizing digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of digital products and
learning science
Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to manage sales pipelines and
track customer progress
Conduct training and support sessions for customers to enhance
their experience with digital solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in customer success or software
implementation
Experience in higher education is preferred but not required
Instructional design, teaching, or coaching experience is a
plus
Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred
