qualified OR RN in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, 69361 About The Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Job Specialty:
Operating Room / Scrub, Circulation & Scrub Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Varied Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years in Operating Room License:
Registered Nurse License Required Certifications: Relevant Nursing
Certifications Required Must-Have: - OR Experience Required - Ortho
and Neuro OR Experience (Level 1 or 2) Job Description: -
Participate in operating room activities, including scrubbing and
circulating duties. - Handle equipment and instruments with
precision during surgical procedures. - Ensure patient safety and
adhere to established protocols and standards. - Participate in
on-call duties, including weekends and weekdays: typically 4x10
every 4-5th weekend and 1 weeknight a week. - Work collaboratively
with the surgical team to deliver optimal patient care. - Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques. -
Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in high-pressure
environments. - Adapt and perform within a varied shift schedule,
as required by the team. - Meet performance expectations; inability
to perform may result in contract termination. - Coverage required
for holidays. - Use Cerner EMR system proficiently. Candidates must
be ready to start promptly and be committed to fulfilling the
