Qualifications

• Education:
  • Master's degree in human services OR
  • Enrolled in a master's program within 6 months of hire
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or related field
    • Driver's License:
      • Must have a valid driver's license and meet agency underwriting standards Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Permanency Services, you will:
        • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
        • Ensure high-quality services aligned with best practices and agency policies.
        • Collaborate with public and private agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
        • Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal laws and agency policies.
        • Provide clinical and administrative oversight to ensure program success.
        • Conduct surveys and evaluations to refine services and present results to senior staff.
        • Establish long-term goals and fiscal strategies for program sustainability.
        • Represent TFI Family Services in public forums and legislative events.
        • Provide supervision, development, and leadership for agency staff.
        • Ensure culturally responsive practices and promote teamwork.
