This role is responsible for engineering aspects of Network
Operations for the Fiber group. -Analyzes staff requirements in
order to maintain the performance of the network to ensure optimal
service is provided to T-Fiber's subscribers at all times. Also
provides the leadership team with direction; prioritizes workload
and resources to meet objectives; proactively maintains the
integrity of the network; develops both short-term and long-term
goals; supervises project construction management with new markets;
actively participates in budget management; and leads major network
recovery efforts. Interacts with all local and regional departments
to assist in developing new tools, processes, and
planning/scheduling workload execution. Responsible for guiding
team from in-home CPE to layer 3 support. Requires a solid leader
with well developed listening skills and who is ultimately
accountable to our customers for the results their team delivers.
This leader must foster innovation and develop cost saving measures
to run an efficient and effective network. Acts as a catalyst in
developing and shaping individuals into a motivated team that
strives to delight T-Mobile's customers.This is a hybrid position
required to be working in-office at least 3 days a
week.RESPONSIBILITIES: -Leads all aspects of field engineering and
layer 3 operations in order to provide a highly reliable and
efficient network for all T-Fiber customers, in conjunction with
our wholesale partners. This includes oversight of all field
operations and maintenance, and optimization and performance
monitoring of operating systems with a nod to
cybersecurity.Responsible for management of connectivity, Network
performance and outage resolution.Hires, leads and develops a 24x7
organization of employees/contractors whose primary responsibility
is the daily operations, trouble management and maintenance of our
network.Ensures appropriate staffing levels, coaching and training
as needed within the partnership team.Drive the build of ACS app
for fiber router and partner with support organizationsResponsible
for the daily operations of fiber network installation,
maintenance, and troubleshooting activities across multiple
vendors.Handles all operations projects including but not limited
to equipment installations, layer 3 expansions, technology rollouts
(software and hardware), preventative maintenance programs for all
operating systems, and national reliability projects/programs. This
includes responsibility for all cost analysis, forecasting and
execution to defined completion dates in conjunction with partners
as new markets are rolled outInterfaces with Network Engineering,
Sales teams, equipment vendors, Network Operations Center (NOC), as
required, to ensure a properly functioning organization, and other
aspects of broadband. Ensure a highly reliable and efficient
network meeting performance requirements.Responsible for all vendor
contract negotiations within operations and establishing
relationships with network and product partnersAlso responsible for
other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as
neededQUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree in Technical or business
discipline10 years of technical experience with wireline network7
years of Wireline telecommunications field operations management
experience or supervisory experience4 years of experience in vendor
project management2 years of experience with ACS or application
development or product developmentExcellent organizational and
project management skillsStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal
and written communication skills: a direct communicator with
excellent presentation skillsAgile; thrives in fast-paced and
constantly shifting environmentShown success in developing and

$116,100 - $209,300Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above
is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the
role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on
various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and
experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are
eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus,
based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a
year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and
which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in
the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
